18th: Both news horses were well backed, a nice winner and really a shame we didnt get 2 with SHOW LIGHTS finishing 2nd beaten by a 40/1 unraced horse.Especially on early at 4/1
14th: TYRRHENIAN SEA was a good bit of stable news for us from the Roger VARIAN STABLE winning first time out to beat the favourite.
TIGER FLOW is a nice 4/1 stable news winner for us getting the better of his (favourite) stable mate
NOVEMBER 2021
26th: Just the 1 winner from out N/H stable with JONBON winning easy, was odds against in the morning but did end up 10/11
19th: 2 good winners for us from the Nicky Henderson stable CAPTAIN MORGS 11/4 & TWEED SKIRT 11/4
17th: SORBET won well for us, Trained locally by Lucy Wadham, advised 100/30 and good for us to have a N/H winner whilst the flat is on a break
12th: BANDINELLI had no problems running over the 2 miles and should be winning again.Advised 15/8
6th: SPACE BLUES won his race well and continues in top form at the top level WON 21/10
OCTOBER 2021
28th: SEA LA ROSA was an impressive winner for us today and a decent price returning 7/2
22nd: HOODWINKER from the William Haggas stable wins for members 100/30
20th: A nice bet for us from the Ed Dunlop stable with INDY MOON winning at 10/1
10th: Another winner for the Charlie Appleby stable with our only bet winning at 5/1 SECRET IMAGE.

30th: BEAUTIFUL SECRET won well and the 7 furlongs looked ideal. 2/1
28th : MR ALAN won well for us from the George Boughey stable. Advised 9/4 a decent price after returning 11/10
23rd: MODERN NEWS looks talented and won for us today advised 4/1
22nd: WAR HORSE our only bet today, from the Marco Botti stable won advised 5/2
20th: WITH THE MOONLIGHT won really by 4 lengths and won well for Charlie Appleby/James Doyle SP 9/4.
9th: Another nice winner from Charlie Appleby’s yard with MODERN NEWS SP 6/4, 15/8 available.

4th Sept: BOUQUET won nicely for us today, could have done with another to go with her as returned short 6/5
3rd: KANJAAR (5/2) SP 5/4 won from the William Haggas stable and our 2nd bet AL JADDAF finished 2nd but looked a nice horse and sure to be better over further in time

28th: IRISH ADMIRAL won well for William Haggas advised 11/4
27th: Stable news horse CAIRN ISLAND won well at Newmarket 3/1
21st Aug: SAFFRON BEACH (11/2) was our only winner today in a multi bet, we also had a non runner.
19th: Both bets ran super races today, ZAIN CLAUDETTE a good winner at 7/1 and MAGLAV 2nd.
18th: MISHRIFF and PERFECT NEWS (stable news horse) both won their races well and I was pleased with the SP of Mishriff 9/4 Our 1 other bet did disappoint
17th: SWOON won well and returned SP 2/1 which I thought was a great price
13th: OH GREAT (3/1) was given the race in the stewards room after an enquiry. Our other bet, first time out 2yo will be one for another day.
12th: MEGALLAN holds on to win the feature race for us at Salisbury, advised 9/4
7th: WALIYAK won well in the ever softening ground, advised 15/8 but R4 dedections apply
4th: A good start with PRINCESS SHABNAM winning 11/4 advised from Sean Woods stable.
JULY 2021
30th: Just the 1 bet with PASSION AND GLORY and a winner from Saeed Bin Suroor’s stable. Advised 100/30 SP 2/1
29th: NAGANO retuned a nice SP 4/1 and an easy winner.
24th WAHRAAN won easy, just a shame about the R4
21st: Both stable news horses advised for a small bet won, CHAI YO POWER & JUST FINE. Advised 15/8 & 7/2
17th: We were unlucky not to have another winner in our E/W Lucky 15 bet, AERION POWER obviously should have been another winner for us. GOLDEN PASS was a nice winner and the other 2 both placed, ARTEMISA LOMI helped the profit at 16/1

12th: Our only bet EL HADEEYAH today showed a lovely turn of foot to win well from the James Tate stable advised 4/1
6th: LIGHTS ON was an impressive 10 length winner and a good price SP 3/15 (Advised 7/2)
th: Another good finish and LA SENSAZIONE won well from the James Tate stable SP 4/1
3rd: ALPINISTA was a stable news horse and battled on to win well. THIRD KINGDOM was a good each way at 7/1 but I did go for the win and ran on well but did only get that place for 3rd.
1st: MAGLEV a very nice 8/1 winner and a decent each way double with Nuance 100/30 finishing 3rd
JUNE 2021
24th: TARAASHOQ won well for the inform William Haggas stable, advised as our only bet Won 9/4
19th: DREAMS OF DREAMS, a worthy winner of the Group 1 Jubilee Stakes 3/1
10th: Kevin Stott kept it simple, always up with the pace on THIBAAN and won well in the end. Advised 2/1
5th: TAWAAREQ just got up to win and then lost the race in the stewards room. Some bookmakers paid out, and a couple didn’t. Advised 7/2
4th: SANS PRETENTION won well at Catterick and we got a decent price in the morning 3/1
3rd: A straight forward win today with BELIEF who always looked the best horse in the race. Advised 15/8
2nd: SUNSTRIKE was a different filly today showing her good turn of foot. Advised 100/30 SP 5/2
MAY 2021
31st: KING OF SPEED A good winner from the Robert Cowell stable 9/2
18th: JUST JACOB 8/1 Advised each way, Finished 2nd, to a good winner
15th: BELLOSA & JOHN LEAPER were both good winners, we could have just done with 1 more to make it a decent bet
14th: We got on the well backed horse FIREWORKS early at 9/1 and was 2nd to a better horse on the day.
13th: George Boughey sends out another 2yo winner and SUPERIOR FORCE won very well at Salisbury, advised 9/4
10th: Ryan rode a great race on SOLID STONE, WON 11/4
8th: LIGHTS ON a follow up winner for us won despite the soft going 3/1
7th: BELIEF (advised each way 10/1) ran a decent race to finish 3rd, she should be winning soon
4th: DEGREE a nice winner advised 7/2, she probably won a bit better than than it looks on distance
APRIL 2021
27th: April 1 bet LIGHTS ON, won well 2/1
22nd: ENTHUSED trained by Chris Dwyer, Backed from 7/1 to 11/10. A good win for Members
17th: THIRD REALM a comfortable winner from the Roger Varian stable Advised 3/1
15th: Only UNFORGOTTEN was matched at 7/4, won well, others let us down on the day for a multi bet.
13th: COROUAN an easy 5 length winner, advised 7/4
9th: LAW OF THE SEA won very well but ws only ever best priced around 5/4.
7th: A nice double win today with both selections winning ASTRO KING advised 100/30 and AERION POWER advised 2/1. Both from the in form Michael Stoute stable
2nd: INIGO JONES our first bet from the Sir Michael Stoute this season won well with Richard Kingscote taking it up early and nothing getting near. 15/8
March 2021
31st: An easy winner to end the month with TROLL PENINSULA, again we got the early price advised 2/1 returned SP 5/4
30th: MARSHALL PLAN a good win from the Gosden stable advised at 2/1 returned SP Evens.
27th March: OTYRAR won well for us at Kempton from the Gosden stable and a decent SP 7/2 return
21st: ARIJ won very easy for the Simon/Ed Crisford stable and although returned 3/1, there was plenty of bigger prices (6/1) on bet fair available before the race.
18th: TWILIGHT HEIR won nicely for us from the Michael Bells stable, on early at 5/2 (SP 7/4)
14th: AUREUM jumped better today and won the race by an easy 3 lengths SP 9/4
5th: A bit unlucky with Yuften, he is a good old horse at his level and after a stewards enquiry he remained 2nd.
4th: A nice win from the Roger Varian stable with KHUZAAM adviced to Members 9/4
3rd: HIGHLAND AVENUE was always to short to get involved with but another winner for inform Charlie Appleby
February 2021
27th: FOREST OF DEAN a nice winner for us backed at 4/1 for the Winter Derby. John Gosden has now won the last 3 runnings of this race.
20th: I don’t have many NH horses as professional bets but MIDNIGHT RIVER always looked good value at 3/1 and won nicely with a SP return of 5/4 so plenty of support for him.
19th: DUTUGMNU won well for Nkt Trainer Richard Spencer. And a nice price SP: 7/2
16th: AUREUM just didn’t get there, a fast finishing 2nd and would have been a lovely price at 13/2
15th: QUEEN CHARLOTTE wins for John Gosden and Nicky Mackay 7/1
13th: LIVERPOOL KNIGHT enjoyed the Lingfield track and the step up in trip suited, Won by 6 1/2 lengths SP 7/4
9th Feb, No bet as CRAVED was too short but did win as expected
8th SECRET VICTORY was a nice priced winner returning at 100/30, and well ridden by apprentice Christian Howarth
6th: Just the 1 winner today with SYMBOLIC POWER, he did end up 15/8 SP after looking like he would be too short to bet.

29th: Our stable news horse win as expected, but was always to short to go for a bet on
23rd: CRAVED won as expected but was only 6/5 SP so I didn’t have a professional bet on it.
16th: SKULK was a bit reluctant to load but once she went in, she ran a nice race and won well. Advised early at
9/4 returned 6/4
7th: Both Stable News horses win: Small double advised goes in ALTO VOLANTE 7/1 & CASTLEBAR 4/6
5th: LA TIHATY won well from the Roger Varian stable but best price available was only 11/8
2nd: 1 bet today and a super ride from Kirby to get BANDINELLI past the post first advised 4/1

With the coronavirus effecting racing and also with it being cancelled for 3 months we did have some bets overseas which I have not included, although we did do fairly well with these. We ended with a fair profit and we did have a couple of big priced multi bets that paid well. Bets ran from January to December with no bets recorded in March,April & May on the P/L , although I do have a record of the winners as below

17th: Noman advised at 7/1 the night before from the Hugo Palmer stable and returned 11/4

main bet CHAI YO POWER got badly hampered early on and never recovered to get into the race
19th: GLOBAL GIANT another nice winner advised 11/2
18th: MY OBERON won well, pulling away from the field to win a cosy 6 lengths.Advised 11/4

16th: DESERT VISION just keeps his head in front on the line to win for Members at

18th ADDEYBB advised this morning at 7/1 was a lovely winner and the ground was perfect for him.

15th WISE COUNCEL advised 7/2 resulted in a dead heat so no harm done.
14th HAPPY POWER a nice winner from the Andrew Balding stable, advised 9/4 and the ground was key for a bet today.
11th Unfortunately TAPISSERIE was best price 5/4 and with all the non runners would not have been a bet anyway. SP 1/2 Shame as she won well and conditions for her were fine.
